Does anyone know the name of the guy with the assault rifle at Obama's hotel in Phoenix , Az, last weekend?

I saw an African American with an AR-15 type assault rifle last weekend at Obamas hotel in Phoenix. Does anyone know who he is?

1. He didn't give his name. There were several people carrying weapons at that event, what difference does it make if one was African American?
