Relaxing hotel somewhere between Phoenix and Vegas?

Hi I'm planning a mega hiking trip in July, starting and ending in vegas. I'm taking 2 days off in the middle (somewhere between Phoenix and Vegas) and I need a hotel where I can just get away from everything and spend plenty of pool time!! Preferrably isolated with a room with a balcony. Any ideas!?
