I'm going to orange beach for spring break. What are some nice condos to stay in and what is there to do?
I'm going with 5 or 6 people. We want something beach front, and something at least a little nice. As for entertainment, 3 of us are in our teens, so nothing to do with alcohol. We've never been to Orange Beach and we just want to find out some more information before going. Any ideas? If so, thanks!

- Orange Beach is my favorite place in the entire world and I plan on living there someday! Anyways, I've only stayed in one condo at Orange Beach, but we've stayed there since I was 5 years old. It's called Grand Pointe. It's right on the beach, but you can either stay in a condo that overlooks the beach or overlooks the bay. It's absolutely beautiful and the condos are nice. They have anywhere from 2-4 bedrooms and are nice and roomy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, exercise room, and the most beautiful views of all Orange Beach. It's not as crowded as most condos would be because it is the last condo complex before you reach the bridge on the boulevard. That's why one side overlooks the bay =] Another good place is the Pheonix (any of them...there are millions, but slightly crowded in certain months). As for entertainment, The Wharf is in Gulf Shores but a great place to hang out, shop around, watch movies, and they have a huge variety of restaurants. There is also a huge ferris wheel and indoor mini golf. (If you like mini golf and go karts and all that go to Adventure Island. They have an awesome virtual roller coaster). The San Roc Marina also has good shopping and great restaurants and a cute little ice cream shop. It's right across the street from Grand Pointe (we walk there all the time). Parasailing is always a great experience and it's so fun! ABC Parasail is the one to go to. Just a quarter of a mile away from Grand Pointe and they are fantastic! (Ask for Captain Chuck and Benny). You will always see something fantastic. Jet ski rentals are also avaiable and deep sea fishing. (Both can be found in San Roc Marina). The fishing is great there! And I know you said no alcohol, but Florabama is the party place to go to. It's a bar across the bridge close to Perdido Key. Also, if it's raining, the Tanger Outlets has some good shopping. It's kind of in the Faulkner area, but still in Gulf Shores. I could go on and on about the restaurants but you must go to Bahama Bob's. It's in Gulf Shores and right on the beach. It's small, but has amazing food. I recommend the crawfish po boy. Also, LuLu's is a famous restaurant in Gulf Shores that is a great place to go eat. It's fun and usually has good bands. But go early! There's always a long wait. Calypso Joe's is new there but also very good. My favorites are Tacky Jackys, The Crab Trap (across the bridge), Bahama Bob's, LuLu's, The Original Oyster House, Calypso Joe's, Louisiana Langiappe (San Roc Marina), Doc's Seafood, and Zeke's Down Under ( I believe it's called something else now though). I hope this helps! If you have anymore questions feel free to ask!
